THE MEMBERS PARLOR INCLUDES A TASTING ROOM, DINING ROOM, AND LOUNGE.

LOCATION
Located in Calistoga, California the winery was built nearly 1979. The small vineyard was designed with selling directly to the client in mind, instead of selling to big box retailers. The vineyard is still one of the only privately-owned to this day.

The glass fires of 2020 brought a lot of uncertainty to Napa County, but the vineyards remain hopeful things will return soon. Many properties lost crop and will not regain vines for at least three years. Though, the wineries that did survive are lending a hand to their neighbors wherever is possible. Chateau Boswell is still recovering and as of now do not have a time they will be reopening. Doing this project will allow them to remain hopeful that their guests and employees will be welcomed back soon with a fresh start.
PURPOSE
A satellite view of the existing property. The existing location was centered on the 19 acre plot in the heart of St. Helena. The new building will be in a similar location, nestled in to the cliff side. There will be a secondary entrance on the west end of the property to accommodate deliveries and production transport.
